The window opens at noon on Monday, November 23, 2020, and ends at noon on Friday, December 4, 2020. Additional eligibility requirements include:

  • Being fully operational from March 1, 2020, through date of the application;
  • Being located and registered in Alabama; and
  • Having incurred eligible expenses that were not fully covered by a PPP loan, Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL), or Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA).(In other words, whether or not you received one of the above three funds, you may still be eligible to apply for this additional grant if you incurred eligible expenses.)
